How to use BabyBloom's health information
BabyBloom combines practical parenting guides with tools for recording everyday care. The guides support conversations with your healthcare team; they do not diagnose conditions or replace individual advice.
Attribution and clinical review
Pages attributed to BabyBloom are editorial content. Unless a page identifies a qualified reviewer and a documented review date, do not treat it as medically reviewed. No clinical review is claimed for the current library.
Check the source and the context
Use the references named within a guide to check where information comes from. Clinical recommendations can differ by country, your child's age, prematurity and medical history. A technical page update is not a fresh medical review.
For reference, consult the AAP's parent-facing safe-sleep guidance. Do not assume that linking to a professional organization implies its endorsement of BabyBloom.
Ranges are not deadlines
Development and daily routines vary. Age-based schedules and growth charts are reference tools, not diagnoses or guarantees. Discuss growth concerns, a loss of skills or persistent worries with a clinician who knows your child.
Corrections and urgent concerns
If you find an error or an unclear recommendation, send the page address and the issue. A contact message is not a clinical consultation. If you think you or your baby need urgent medical help, contact local emergency services or your healthcare team rather than waiting for a website reply.
Publication and update dates
Existing publication dates are preserved when available. Metadata and layout corrections do not establish that clinical advice has been re-evaluated. A dated clinical review will be displayed only when one has actually been completed.
